Fish Ladder
The Salmon are Coming Home to Marsh Creek!
But is Marsh Creek ready for the Salmon?
The construction costs of the Marsh Creek fish ladder are now fully funded!
Construction of the ladder is scheduled for 2008. However, there are other related
projects that still need funding including Marsh Creek fish habitat restoration, salmon
monitoring and fish ladder aesthetics (interpretive signs, benches etc). YOU can
make a tax-deductible donation or volunteer your time and services to help the
Salmon of Marsh Creek!
FOMCW is partnering with The Natural Heritage Institute (NHI) on the Marsh Creek
Fish Ladder Project. NHI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been
overseeing the engineering designs, permitting and fundraising of the fish ladder
project. Your donation to the Marsh Creek Fish Ladder is 100% tax-deductible.
Checks for the fish ladder may be made out to the Natural Heritage Institute, with the
explanation section stating “fish ladder”, and sent to:

We Still Need Your Help!
Please contact FOMCW Coordinator, Diane
Burgis at info@fomcw.org if you would like
to get more information or to volunteer your
time and services.
